For 15 years, Preston Smith has helped his clients negotiate the economics of life. Through the sales of businesses; establishing legacies for future generations; purchasing homes; paying off debt; and achieving financial independence, Preston brings energy, compassion, and balance with his experience. But, while servicing the needs of a diverse clientele, he noticed a gaping hole in the financial services industry: financial planning and advice for Millennials, his peers. So while everyone else was chasing old money to invest, Preston started finding people to invest in.

Preston founded SignalUP Wealth, a firm that provides real money advice to Millennials and young professionals. Preston shares a perspective with his clients that very few financial advisors in the industry can. His financial solutions are as creative as they are targeted for a generation facing new issues that warrant new solutions.

Preston received his Bachelor of Science degree from Appalachian State University, with a concentration in Economics. He enjoys time with friends, the outdoors, and Razorback athletics. But most of all, he loves time with his wife, Staci, and their two children, JP and Alice.
